Task Scope

◦ Architectural and MEPF Design including engineering, communications equipment and landscaping

Renovation Fee

◦ Maximum THB 53,748,992 (VAT exemption for the company registered in Thailand, equal to KRW 2,000,000,000(Currency rate 37.2)) including tenant installation (FF & E)

Design Fee

◦ Maximum THB 2,680,000 (VAT for the company registered in Thailand, equal to KRW100,000,000(Currency 37.2))

- Selected designer have liability to accept the modification, addition, deletion, supplementation that requested by Korean Cultural Center and PM/QS during designing period

Purpose of the Competition

◦ This competition aims to select the appropriate designer for 「Korean Cultural Center」 in Thailand, which renovate and relocate to the new site in December, 2023. The center is for Korean culture experience and education in Thailand

※ Please note that the project can be suspended or terminated after the building design depending on Thai government’s approval status.

◦ Architectural Design Proposal Competition, in accordance with Articles 4 and 29 of the MOLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Korea)

◦ Business with a valid business license

◦ The applicant (a company) who holds Architect License issued in Thailand

◦ Venue : No. 1077, Sukhumvit road, Khlong Tan Nuea Sub-district, Wattana District, Bangkok
