KOCCA(Korea Creative Content Agency) Thailand Business Center is publicly recruiting local employee as follows. We welcome applications from those who are interested.
1. Recruitment Overview
ㅇ Job Responsibilities: Performing business management and administrative supports for the KOCCA Thailand Business Center
ㅇ Number of Positions: 1 (Thai Nationality)
ㅇ Job level: L1~L5
* The job level will be determined after assessing the applicant's experience (only experience of 1 year or more will be recognized).
2. Qualifications
ㅇ Applicants who have graduated or are expected to graduate from a four-year university/college, both domestically and internationally.
* Expected graduates must be available for immediate employment in March 2025.
ㅇ Thai national with no disqualifications through background checks, including employment, overseas travel, and so forth.
ㅇ Proficient in Korean (Intermediate level or higher)
3. Preferred Qualifications
ㅇ Experience in public organizations or companies related to content industry (domestic or international)
ㅇ Those who have excellent grades in the Korean language proficiency test (TOPIK*, etc.)
* For TOPIK, level 5 or higher holders.
ㅇ Korean language major (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
ㅇ Those who can speak English and have excellent grades in the official language proficiency test (TOEIC, etc.)
ㅇ Proficiency in office software (Hangul, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Employment Conditions
ㅇ Salary: Basic salary (Initial salary is 36,000 THB per month/before tax, which may vary depending on experience, etc.)
ㅇ Allowance: Bonus (100% of basic salary annually), Overtime pay
ㅇ Welfare benefits: Annual leave, Annual health check-up, Private medical insurance premium support, Education support (up to 1 million KRW annually), etc
ㅇ Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (flexible working hours available)
ㅇ Holidays: Weekends, Public holidays according to the Korean Embassy to Thailand
ㅇ Place of work: KOCCA Thailand Business Center (Bangkok)
- Unit 2204(1), 22F, T-ONE Building, 8 Sukhumvit Road, Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110
ㅇ Other working conditions: Compliance with local laws
5. Form of Employment
ㅇ After the initial three-month contract* for new hires, the contract will be extended on a yearly basis if eligible
* During the first 3 months, 100% of the salary will be paid, but benefits such as private medical insurance will not be provided.
※ After 1 year of service, based on the performance evaluation results, the employee may be converted to a permanent position following the conversion process.
6. Application and Evaluation Process
ㅇ Application Period: February 21, 2025 (Friday) to March 9, 2025 (Sunday) 24:00 (Thailand local time)
ㅇ Evaluation process
- (1st) Document screening: Individual notification only for successful applicants
※ About 6 times the number of the final successful applicant will be selected.
- (2nd) Interview screening: Only those who passed document screening
※ Korean language proficiency will be evaluated
(Korean-to-Thai translation and interpretation tests, etc.)
ㅇ Notification of the final successful applicant: Notify individual emails for final successful applicant only
7. Required Documents and Submission Method
ㅇ For Document Screening (all applicants must submit)
- Application form (must use the attached template; other forms will not be accepted)
- Personal information collection and usage consent form (must use the attached template)
- A copy of an ID card
ㅇ For Interview Screening (to be submitted on the interview day by those who pass document screening)
- Final degree certificate and transcript (1 copy each)
- Employment certificate or Experience certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of any certifications (if applicable)
- Proof of language proficiency (if applicable)
- Any additional documents requested (if applicable)
ㅇ Submission Method: Submit via email (thailand@kocca.kr) / No postal or in-person submissions
- The subject of the email should be ‘KOCCA Thailand 현지직원 채용 지원(지원자 성명)’
- All documents must be scanned and submitted as a single PDF file.
8. Notes
ㅇ The recruitment schedule and start date may be subject to change.
ㅇ Submitted documents will not be returned and will only be used for recruitment purposes, with disposal after the process is completed.
ㅇ The applicant is responsible for any errors or omissions in the application form or missing documents.
ㅇ Applicants must provide contact information(email, phone number) on the application form. Any failure to contact due to incorrect or missing information will be the responsibility of the applicant.
ㅇ The original documents will need to be submitted immediately after starting the job, only for the final successful applicants.
ㅇ Even after the final acceptance decision is made, if discrepancies are found in the documents, or if background checks or health examinations reveal issues, the job offer may be canceled.
ㅇ If the selected applicant cannot work for unavoidable reasons or if disqualifications occur, the next eligible applicant may be selected.
ㅇ If there are no suitable applicants, no hiring may be made.
