Invitation to Bid

Korean Cultural Center in Thailand, a part of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Thailand (Korean Cultural Center, KCC) is inviting contractors to participate in the selection of its General Contractor Works for the hereunder project:

Name of Project: Facility supplementation work including purchase and installation of equipment for the multi-purpose hall of the Korean Cultural Center

Contract Duration: March – 15 July 2026

Building Location: 1077, Sukhumvit road, Khlong Tan Nuea Sub-district, Wattana District, Bangkok

Contractor’s Work scope: Scope of works includes (but not limited to)

- Conducting preliminary research and analysis of installation space and event hosting cases of KCC to design appropriate equipment

- Procuring and installing equipment including sound and lighting system with LED screen suitable for the space

- Providing support for various related tasks, including cable wiring, power supply, testing, equipment training, and warranty for whole equipment

Estimated Budget: THB 13,317,184.84

(inclusive of construction, occupancy and other related permits)

* VAT exemption

* Final budget will be confirmed upon contract

Project Execution Duration: Four (4) months starting from the contract date

(project period is negotiable upon discussion)

Bidding Method: This bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures

RFP Schedule

• 1.General Contractor Works RFP Issuance: 27 February 2026

• 2.Tender Return: 9 March 2026, 10AM

• -Documents including bidding price proposal needs to be submitted to kccthailand@gmail.com

• -The original documents must be submitted after you have been selected as the winning bidder and before the contract is signed.

• 3.Tender Evaluation: 9 to 11 March 2026

• 4.Appointment of General Vendor:12 to 13 March 2026

• 5.Start of General Works: March 2026

• 6.Completion of General Works: 15 July 2026

*Contract to be signed directly with KCC after the completion of negotiation

* Please note that these dates are subject to change, and the changed dates will be announced accordingly

Proposal Submission

A complete set of bidding documents will be available for interested Bidders starting 9 March 2026 from the website of KCC (https://thailand.korean-culture.org/th).
