Job Posting (Thai Staff / Full Time)
The Korean Cultural Center in Thailand (KCC) is offering an employment opportunity to any skilled and motivated individuals fit for the position. Interested candidates may apply by referring to the guidelines below
1. Position: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
2. General Duties
o Deals with incoming and outgoing correspondence by and the Center, and as required by the Director’s diplomatic roles, by and for the Embassy
o Performs secretarial duties for the Director
o Interpretation and translation (Thai/English)
o Government relations and external cooperation
o Public relations, media engagement, and press management
o Support for KCC events and administration
3. Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree or higher
o Full professional proficiency in English
o Major in International Relations or Political Science, OR at least 3 years of relevant experience
o No disqualifying factors for working at the KCC (e.g., background check)
4. Employment conditions
o Starting date: July, 2026
o Work hours: Full time (8:30 – 17:00), Monday to Friday
o Contract period: 1 year (including a 3-month probation period) and renewable depending on relevant performance evaluations.
o Salary: 38,000 THB
5. Selection Procedures
o First stage (Application submissions)

- Required Documents: All documents must be merged into a single PDF file.
Standardized Application Form and Personal Statement (Must use the KCC template
or will be disqualified). Proof of work experience and language proficiency certificates.
- Email Subject: “Application for Staff at the Korean Cultural Center(Applicant’s Name)”
- Number of persons to be selected for document screening: Four times the number of
persons to be hired
- Evaluation Method: Written examination will be conducted with a letter of self-
introduction (20 points), Education and work experience in related fields (50 points),
and Language Proficiency Score (30 points)
- Preferred selection of related experienced holders in the case of equalizer
- Announcement of Results: Results of the document screening are scheduled to be released on May 5, 2026, with individual notifications regarding interview schedules
o Second stage: Interview(Scheduled for May 7 or 8, 2026)
Only shortlisted applicants will be notified about the schedule and method of interview.
- Evaluation Method: A comprehensive aptitude assessment will be conducted, covering Professional Knowledge and Application Ability (30 pts), Language Proficiency (20 pts), Communication Accuracy and Logic (20 pts), Vocational Ethics as Administrative Staff (10 pts), Core Competencies (10 pts), and Creativity, Willpower, and Potential for Development (10 pts)
- The highest scorers are selected as candidates for recruitment and individual notice (scheduled in April 2026)
- In the event of a tie, Priority will be given to candidates with extensive experience in the relevant field or superior language proficiency.
- Announcement of Interview Results: Scheduled for the second week of May 2026.
- The successful candidate will be selected after the second stage and will be notified. The successful candidate will then be required to submit relevant documents in order to acquire the final approval of the headquarters in Korea.
